What is the goal for many peoples work- is it the job? Is it the money? To others, could it be something just to get by, to pay the bills?
Often times, people set up goals that may not be WRONG, but I believe the goal for every business owner should be the satisfaction of their customer. How great that sounds, but oh how the nightmare of stories arise contrary to that very thing!
Workers leaving without completing the job. Jobs taking longer than promised, accidents that occur that were unexpected the list goes on and on and to some- the feeling of false hope and unmet expectations often crushes the ability to believe in a home project that can be enjoyable!
So how do we move past that? We break the cycle! Expectations can be a good thing when they're anchored in the integrity of the job, but some expectations that come from terrible experiences become opportunities to prove wrong! And in order to break through, we must break THOSE expectations.
Where others have over promised and under delivered, we believe that our word truly is our bond to our customers and at the very least we exceed beyond what is expected! And deliver above what is promised. The solution is simple, a new standard has to be set 🙌🏼💫
